Main activities:
- Work in collaboration with UK Sales & Engineering Team to boost UK, Spanish & Benelux Sales
- Manage order entry system in collaboration with European Administration Team.
- Receiving, Checking & Shipping customer orders
- Updating software support schedule & Issuing renewal quotations quarterly in advance
- Manage UK database of customers / orders
- Manage customer software license keys in collaboration with suppliers
Skills (some of the following):
- Microsoft Office package including Excel and Access.
- Logistics / Import, VAT & Duty training
- Good Communication
Languages:
- English, another European language would be beneficial
Personal skills:
- Dynamism, desire to learn in a team, professionalism are required skills
