Antycip Simulation Announces New Features in MyModels and MyBehaviour

London, United Kingdom, 18 May 2010
– Antycip Simulation Ltd (Antycip Simulation), a subsidiary of ST Electronics (Training & Simulation Systems) Pte Ltd, today announced that MyModels and MyBehaviour users will benefit from targeted new features and capabilities as well as an enhanced alignment between the two products.

Antycip Simulation’s MyModels allows the quick generation of high fidelity models in simulation and training applications. With these new enhancements, MyModels users will now benefit from the full support of the latest version of VT MÄK’s Computer Generated Forces (CGF) software, VR-Forces 3.12. Users will also benefit from a full integration with MyBehaviour. MyBehaviour allows the rapid creation of military doctrines into training and simulation applications.

New features from MyBehaviour include the support of DIS, HLA13 and HLA1516 protocols. MyBehaviour now also contains binaries for MSVC++8 and MSVC++9 and supports VR-Forces 3.12. In addition, MyBehaviour unified SMS management features the ability to compose and run doctrines in VR-Forces covering vehicle, human and air platforms. The MyBehaviour editor adds a new feature where loop-back states and loop-back behaviours can be created while the import and export of behaviours are also streamlined with a new ability that better identifies and de-conflicts behaviour content. The doctrine execution created with MyBehaviour can now be visualised in real time in the VR-Forces front-end.

With the increased capabilities of MyModels and MyBehaviour, users can now direct behavioural composition of doctrines taking into account the resolution of fidelity for an entity. The performance configuration that impacts the characteristics of an entity now influences the sensitivity and outcome in carrying out a doctrinal behaviour.

“The interest and feedback we have had for MyModels and MyBehaviour over the past year is showing us that doctrines and platforms modelling are real challenges faced by simulation and training companies. By keeping and reinforcing our reusability and interoperability approach, the new features that have been added to MyModels and MyBehaviour make these solutions even more interesting for the training and simulation community”.

~ Gaël RAMAEN,
Product Manager, Antycip Simulation

Users can expect that future MyModels and MyBehaviour releases will widen the extent of compatibility to common and open platforms, and protocols used in the training and simulation community.
